 Brief   description of   service   procedure 

  1. Intial Consultation​

    • Sales/technical team schedules a meeting (virtual or in-person).

    • Discusses energy needs, site type (residential, commercial, industrial), and basic feasibility.

  2. Site Assessment and Preliminary Proposal

    • On-site or remote survey is conducted to assess rooftop/land, shadow-free area, load patterns, and connectivity.

    • We will share a technical & financial proposal, including:

      • Proposed plant size (kW)

      • Energy generation estimate

      • RESCO tariff (per kWh rate)

      • Contract tenure (typically 15–25 years)

      • Savings overview

  3. Agreement Signing

    • Upon mutual agreement, an RESCO Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is signed.

    • The provider takes responsibility for investment, installation, operation, and maintenance.

  4. Installation

    • Detailed engineering design prepared according to your needs.

    • Solar plant installation by our EPC team.

    • Includes panel mounting, inverter setup, and electrical integration.

  5. Testing & Commissioning

    • System is tested and commissioned.

    • Net metering (if applicable) is set up with DISCOM.

  6. Monitoring & Maintenance

    • Plant performance is monitored remotely.

    • We will handle maintenance and any issues faced by you.

  7. Billing & Savings

    • Customer pays only for the electricity generated (as per PPA tariff).

    • No upfront cost; savings begin from day one.
